The agent is highly intelligent, a critical thinker who can handle stress, extreme adversity, highly adaptable, physically fit, and most importantly, able to blend in with the environment. They are trained for missions that take out enemy assets. It may happen that he lived abroad, speaks a foreign language, trained in hand-to-hand combat or some martial art. Spies live in a dangerous, surreal world where their lives are often in danger. Real spies (intelligence agents) are not like in the movies. They are ordinary people, men and women, who through experience and exhaustive training become proficient in the roleplay and craft to fulfill their assignments. They are practitioners of the shadow world. Their skills include assessing situations, people, and the environment through extensive research and direct observation. Spies are normal people with everyday problems. They are taught to compartmentalize these problems as much as possible so that the spy can successfully complete the mission of the agent.
Spies are experts in using spy tools to help them in their mission. One hundred percent accuracy is mandatory when describing tools used in crafts.
