The devices are not dangerous. But the users are dangerous!

There are several potential dangers associated with the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI). Some of these risks include:
AI has the potential to automate many tasks currently performed by humans, leading to job losses in various industries. This lack of accountability raises concerns about who is responsible for the actions of AI systems and how they can be held accountable for any harm caused.

Overall, while artificial intelligence has the potential to bring about significant advancements and benefits, it is important to consider and address the potential dangers and risks associated with its development and deployment. Regulatory frameworks, ethical guidelines, and transparency in AI development and implementation are essential to mitigate these risks and ensure that AI technology is used in a responsible and ethical manner.

The amount and extent of risk factors is increasing exponentially. From personalized direct marketing ads and software to self-driving cars and as people   to conversational chatbots, we find artificial intelligence in more and more places. Pick up a new smartphone and either as an assistant function or as part of the camera, but you will find the AI. Books, films, games, and newspaper articles are made by him. It can be used to obtain information, learn, have fun, and play. Chatbots are computer programs that use artificial intelligence to simulate human conversation.   They are increasingly popular in various industries, including customer service, marketing, and sales. ChatGPT is an example of an AI-powered chatbot that can generate realistic responses to user posts. One of the most significant dangers of using AI is the creation of fake accounts and botnets, as cybercriminals can cause a lot of particularly serious damage with these. There have been frauds of this type before, but with these applications troll factories can also level up. The role of chatbots in creating fake accounts Indeed, chatbots can also be used to make fake accounts appear real on social media platforms, as they can interact with other users and make the profile appear legitimate. In some larger Eastern countries, but unfortunately also in Hungary, fake accounts are used for various purposes, including spreading propaganda and manipulating public opinion. The use of fake profiles in political campaigns is becoming more common, and chatbots powered by artificial intelligence make it easier to create and manage these accounts. Chatbots and botnets What are botnets? – Botnets are networks of infected computers controlled remotely by hackers. Hackers use these botnets to carry out various cyber attacks, including phishing, DDoS attacks, and spreading malware. AI-driven bots are becoming more sophisticated and able to evade detection by traditional security measures. The dangers of botnets They can be used for various malicious activities, including DDoS attacks, spamming, and malware distribution. Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms have taken steps to combat fake profile scams and botnets. They use artificial intelligence-based tools to detect and remove fake accounts and suspicious activity. However, these tools are not 100% secure, and hackers are constantly developing new techniques to evade detection. Realistic fake photos and videos As a result of the image frauds, people can no longer believe their eyes with complete certainty. Artificial intelligence has also made it possible to create realistic fake photos and videos. Deepfake technology uses artificial intelligence to create videos that look real but are actually manipulated. This technology has already been used to create fake videos of politicians, celebrities and even ordinary people. Using realistic, manipulated photos and videos can have serious consequences They can be used to spread false information and create distrust in institutions and individuals. They can also be used for blackmail and blackmail. AI-powered tools can create images and videos that are difficult to distinguish from the real thing, making it easier to spread disinformation and manipulate public opinion. For example, words are put into someone's mouth that were never actually spoken. or they are depicted in a very life-like manner in a place and situation that never happened. Even the events of the past can be "reinterpreted" with manipulated images, and those whose interests are in this do not shy away from falsifying history. Risks of misleading content generated by AI AI-generated content is becoming increasingly common across industries, including journalism, advertising, and marketing. However, AI-generated content can be misleading and inaccurate, potentially causing harm to consumers. AI-powered chatbots can create and distribute content that is hard to distinguish from the real thing. These tools can be used to create fake reviews, misleading ads, and spam messages. These chatbots can mimic human conversations, making it difficult for users to recognize that they are scams. Phishing and fraud Phishing and fraud are two of the most common types of cyber attacks. Artificial intelligence can be used to create sophisticated phishing and fraud schemes.
What does phishing mean? – Phishing is a malicious activity that uses deceptive tactics to trick people into revealing their sensitive information or giving them access to their financial accounts. In other words, they provide an opportunity to misuse personal data. Robots controlled by artificial intelligence can be used to send phishing e-mails and SMS messages that look legitimate, for example, copying the appearance of messages from the post office, courier service, or bank. This can be used to trick people into providing personal information or downloading malware. In order to mitigate these risks, it is essential that appropriate regulations and ethical guidelines are available for the use of artificial intelligence-based tools. By taking these steps, we can ensure that AI technology is used for the benefit of society while minimizing potential risks.
